What if I don’t want to set up a Stripe account?

If you choose to donate 100% of the profits from your sale your item you will not need to set up a Stripe account. Once your item(s) is sold a receipt for tax deductible donation will be sent to you.

When are funds deposited in my account after a sale?

You will receive your funds automatically when the sale is complete. A sale is complete when the buyer receives the item(s) as describe in your post/listing. The buyer has 3 business days to report a discrepancy or to report an item did not arrive as describe. After 3 business days the funds will be automatically deposited in your account.

Seller’s responsibility

When posting / listing an item(s) it is the seller’s responsibility to accurately and honestly describe and photograph the item(s). This should include brand, size, color and condition. We make this easy in the forms you fill out to post an item. If an item(s) is not described correctly and honestly the buyer can request a refund within 3 business days. If this happens Refleece Market will mediate the exchange and take appropriate steps.

Shipping procedure

When your item(s) sells we will email a prepaid shipping label. Please package up your item(s) and put it in the USPS mail with in 3 business days. After 4 business days the buyer can ask for a refund if the item has not shipped. We track all shipments and will keep both the buyer and seller updated on the shipment’s movement, from when it ships to it’s arrival at the buyer’s.

What are the costs?

There is no cost to post an item(s) but a 15% processing fee is deducted from the sale price of your item(s) at time of sale. There is no shipping cost for the sale of an item it is covered by Refleece Market and the buyer.

How do I receive funds when I sell an item?

When you set up a Refleece Market account we also have you set up a Stipe account. The Stripe account is a secure payment platform that allows us to deposit directly into your bank account. Stripe is used by many top internet companies, see more about Stripe here.

Is the sale of my item secure?

Yes, when you sell an item(s) on Refleece Market your sale is protected and secure. We partner with Stripe to make sure all credit cards and bank transactions are encrypted, secure and legitimate.

Since Refleece Market will be posting and describing your item(s), we will take care of any discrepancies.

Do I need to do anything when my items sells?

No, since your item(s) will be at Refleece Market we will take care of all requirements including packaging and shipping your item(s) to the buyer. We track all shipments and will keep both the buyer and you, the seller, updated on the shipment’s movement.

How is the sale price set on my item(s)

You can set the sale price for your item(s) or if you are not sure we can help set it for you. When you are fill out the form to send us your items, there is a space to tell us what sale prices you would like to set for each item. If you aren’t sure what the sale price should be, we will review the item(s) and work with you to set the price to create high value for both you, the seller, and the buyer.

How are my items photographed and posted?

Once we receive your item(s) we will professionally photograph and accurately describe your item(s). This will include the item’s brand, size, color and condition. We will do our best to make sure the posting accurately represents the item(s) to the public.

What are the costs?

There is no cost to send us an item(s) and have us post them for you, but a 25% processing fee is deducted from the sale price of your item(s) at time of sale. There is no shipping cost for the sale of an item(s) it is covered by Refleece Market and the buyer.

How do I receive funds when my item(s) sell?

How do my item(s) get on Refleece Market?

If you choose to have us post/ sell your items for you, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send us your garment(s). Once we receive your items, we will inspect, photograph, describe and post our items on Refleece Market.

Buyer Protection

What is not covered

Item does not fit / changed mind: If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. You can always re-list the item on Re3!

Trades and Offline Transactions: Re3 does not cover trades or transactions completed off of the Re3 platform. When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the Re3 platform, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transactions.

What’s covered 

If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem in the Re3 app or website immediately:

• Undisclosed damage
• Incorrect or missing item
• Item not as described
• Item is not authentic

If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Can I get a refund?

When you make a purchase on Re3, you have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Re3 app or website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we’ll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

What assurances are there for buyers

Every time you make a purchase on Re3, you are protected. We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Shipping Information

How long to shipments usually take?

Once your order ships, your order will be delivered in 1-3 days. Re3 tracks all shipments and will email you a tracking number as soon as your item(s) ship as well as when they are delivered.

How are items shipped?

All Re3 orders are shipped using expedited USPS priority mail for a flat rate of $8. We do not add or create surcharges for shipping, most outdoor garments weigh around 1 pound, we use this weight to create an average shipping cost of $8 for anywhere in the USA.

What if I don’t want to enter my bank account or debit card number?

If you prefer not to enter your bank account or debit card information into the secure portal, you have the option of donating all of the proceeds to one of the designated environmental non-profits. Please email us at info@refleece.com for more information on this process.

How do you choose the non-profits where we can donate? Can I choose my own non-profit?

We look for environmental non-profits with a clear mission and proven track record of protecting the environment, with a special focus on those fighting climate change. Further, we look for non-profits with stated values around increasing access to the outdoors and/or building an equitable economy that benefits a wide range of people. How much does it cost of “sell items yourself”

Why do you need my bank account or debit card information?

This information allows funds from your item sales to be deposited directly into your account. Rewear never sees or has access to your bank account information. We partner with Stripe to collect and protect your information.
