Do you do special or custom orders?

We are currently not able to take special or custom orders. But we are always interested in your thoughts or ideas. If you have suggestions for items you’d like to see us make, let us know: info@refleece.com

What if I need to return something?

We are happy to accept returns. If your ReFleece product arrived not to your liking, the color was not right, or other issue(s). Please return to:

What about shipping?

Regular shipping on all domestic items is free in the continental United States. There may be additional charges for expedited service, but there will always be a free shipping option presented to you at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii typically takes an extra day or two to arrive, but the cost is the same: free USPS standard and an extra fee for priority mail.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We do run out of stock on certain products and colors occasionally. Rest assured we are working hard to have these items back in stock quickly. But since our materials and colors are dependent on the items we receive from our partners, we sometimes have to wait for the right materials or colors to arrive. If there is an item or color not in stock that you would like, feel free to reach out to us at info@refleece.com, and we can advise on timing.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards on our online checkout page. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.com.

Is there sales tax?

If you live in Massachusetts, where ReFleece is based, you will be charged the Massachusetts state sales tax.
